Beronia Verdejo Rueda 2022
Beronia Rueda Verdejo Blanco 2022 is the only wine made by Beronia Rueda, the González Byass group’s winery based in that Denominación located in the region of Castile. A unique single-varietal that’s the result of double harvesting and full fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Elegant, fresh and mouth coating.
The white Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2022 was designed from grapes that were harvested in two stages: in the first, the earliest grapes that give the wine its freshness and a slight herby touch were picked; the second was focused on selecting the ripest and most concentrated berries to lend it volume.
These are the ingredients that go into making Bodegas Beronia Rueda, the only wine produced by the González Byass group’s firm based in Rueda, a Denominación de Origen located in the region of Castile. As in the three previous vintages, the grapes from the two harvests were processed separately and fermented in stainless and concrete vats. The final blend is a versatile, single-varietal Rueda wine that’s a perfect match both for exotic food such as Asian (sushi, for example) and for classic dishes like white fish, smoked fish and creamy cheeses. THE ARTIST
Some of you may not be aware that the world lost George Rodrigue on December 14, 2013. He was 69 years old. George, and his wife Wendy, have been dear friends of ours since 2005 when we initially commissioned George to paint a "blue dog" for our 2006 Amuse Bouche release. A native of Louisiana, George launched his painting career in the 1960s. He was not only a magnificent artist; George was a true community leader, philanthropist and advocate of arts education, inspiring a new generation of artists through the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts. Our hearts are heavy with George's absence. We are fortunate to be able to surround ourselves with so many vivid, vibrant reminders of his beautiful, whimsical outlook on life.
Juyondai Bessen Morohaku
The Juyondai label, produced by Takagi Shuzo brewery, has earned itself a cult status amongst saké aficionados. Takagi Shuzo was originally founded in 1615 in the northern Japanese Yamagata Prefecture.

Beronia 198 Barricas 2019
Deep garnet red with a high robe. Clean and bright. Attractive nose with aromas of red fruits on a background of chocolate and dried fruits. Tobacco and balsamic notes also appear balsamic notes that add great complexity and freshness. Round, tasty wine with a balanced acidity. Spicy notes and sweet tannins appear on the palate, making the wine very appetising on the palate.
Ideal for drinking with roasts, stews, grilled meat, cured meat and mature cheese.
Store in a cool place (maximum 14ºC), away from direct light and strong odors.
Recommended consumption from release to the market until 2031.

Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey is a modern interpretation of a classic straight American whiskey through wheat grain innovation. This Wheat Whiskey is unique as it is made using all four grain types. After Prohibition the Federal Government approved four straight whiskey standards: Bourbon, Rye, Malt and Wheat. Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey showcases the five sources of flavor with an emphasis on the nuttiness of grain and toasted oak of the barrel delivering a more buttery expression than our bourbon. Using Malt grain allows the wood to play a big role in the flavor. Coming out of Prohibition the Federal Government approved four straight whiskey standards: Bourbon, Rye, Wheat, and Malt. These reflected the types of whiskies produced in the United States prior to Prohibition. While most people associate Malt Whiskey with Scotland, Kentucky has a history of Malt Whiskey production pre-Prohibition. Woodford Reserve Malt draws upon this pre-Prohibition heritage for inspiration.
- Colour : Warm Umber
- Nose : Soft nutty notes drizzled with light caramel and milk chocolate coat a light layer of tropical fruit character. Delicate hints of brown spice, mint, brown sugar and soft oak float beneath.
- Taste : Dark chocolate and caramel covered nuts are dried out with a sprinkle of cocoa and brown spice. Faint ripe tropical fruit brighten a trace of toasted coconut and oak.
- Finish : Nutty and subtly sweet chocolate malt notes linger on.
Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Grand P 2020
Its deep robe is intense ruby in color, supported by purple reflections on the fringes like a precious fabric. The jamb is generous, suggesting a good glycerol content. The vivid disc is crisp and bright. The wine has a direct, precise aromatic expression. The juice is very young, with aromas of fruits such as raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry in jelly. It also exalts scents of black tapenade accompanied by an empyreumatic touch, signature of the great Pfersigberg terroir. This Pinot Noir terroir-climate-grape variety is proving to be a great success. The first palate is complex, balanced and harmonious with a dense and racy structure; the persistent and pleasant tannins are of high quality, for the moment still a little tight. The aristocratic breeding is of good quality.
Grapes come from Eguisheim, on the Grand Cru Pfersigberg. Vines are about 35 years old.
