Kuroki Honten Hyakunen no Kodoku Barley Shochu
Kuroki Honten Hyakunen no Kodoku became popular when it became His Imperial Highness the Crown Princeās favourite drink. It is now one of the most difficult and popular shochu to obtain. Hyakunen no Kodoku means āOne Hundred Years of Solitudeā and is named for the famous novel. It is made from a mash of 100% barley, grown locally on the distilleryās own organic farm, white koji to keep the flavor smooth, distilled at normal pressure to preserve oils, then aged undiluted in oak casks for three to five years to help it develop structure and fullness.
It is elegant and strong, with hints of oak and a hint of cigar, and is characterized by its concentration and smoothness.

Juji Asahi Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo Jujiasahi Yamadanishiki Fukurozuri Tobingakoi Genshu
Yamada Nishiki rice is polished to less than half its original size and fermented slowly and carefully. Every drop was diligently collected out from the dripping back. It is a superb shizuku-shu (dripped sake), which is semi dry, crisp and refreshing with pronounced umami flavours. Recommended to serve at 10āļ½25ā, and pair with light appetizers. Comes with a wooden box.

Tanaka Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo Shirasagi No Shiro 38
Displays fresh and delicate aromas of leafy vegetables.Ā It is refreshing and well-structured on the palate with a long lingering finish. Recommended to serve at 14ā in a wine glass, and pair with creamy langoustine tartare citrus condiment. Comes with a wooden box.

Is brewed using only superb premium āAIYAMAā rice cultivated in Hyogo prefecture together with Mount Fujiās water. Aiyama rice is a top quality rice that began cultivation in Hyogo in 1949. It is challenging to grow and production is small, making this a RARE & Limited Edition sake.
Pleasant acidity of sake made by Yamahaiās technique that derives the umami from highly polished rice ratio. A sake with a subtle aroma derived from traditional yeast, making it versatile in pairing with a large variety of dishes.
This is an elegant sake that brings out the richness of Aiyama rice which is excellent for food pairing.
It comes in a black bottle which signifies its premium status. Traditionally, black and blue bottles are strictly for high grade sakes only. The dark colour blocks out UV rays from the sun, thus preventing undesired aging and retains the flavours in the bottle.

TEEDA is made from a single distillation of sugarcane molasses from locally grown sugarcane. TEEDA Gold-Rum is aged in white oak casks using both new & used rum barrels for at least 5 years while the final blend is made from rum as young as 5 years and as old as 15.
TEEDA is the Okinawan word for 'sun', which ties in company motto āFrom Okinawa to The Worldā.
Nose: Mellow scent with gentle tropical fruits, medium-long toasted mango muffin, mango-infused caramel, pineapple smoothie, and lychee.
Taste: A distinctive, chewy rum with pervasive notes strawberries, apricots, and ripe yellow mangoes on the palate.
Finish: Spicy cinnamon, maple syrup and apricot on the finish.

Sakurao SG Exclusive Single Cask #5773
The second in a series for Asia by a Japanese comic illustrator is a woman drinking whiskey while gazing at the night view of Marina Bay Sands. Continuing from the Hong Kong edition released this summer, the main character is Shizuka SAKURAO, who travels around Asia (and so on).
Now, the master blender has chosen a non-peated bourbon cask that has been laid down for two years in a tunnel in Togawachi and one year in the Sakurao aging house by the sea. It is a good product with a light golden color and a typical malty sweetness that is easy to drink.

Mars Maltage “Cosmo” Blended Malt Whisky
Its name "Cosmo" refers to a peak located within mountains surrounding the distillery. Mars Maltage "Cosmo" is a blend of single malts distilled and aged in Shinshu, with single malts distilled and aged in Scotland. No age is indicated on the label, so it means that single malts used are relatively young, as you may know the distillery started distilling again in 2011, and the old Scottish whiskies are also expensive and rare, so the Chief Blender decided to focus on specific taste characteristics and selected each single malts himself.
A tasty blend of sweet flavors such as honey, caramel and riped fruits, subtly highlighted by some woody and smoky hints.
