Born and bred in Melbourne, Starward was inspired to create a spirit that reflects Its hometown – from its culture to its famed ‘four seasons in a day’ temperature swings. It is a city surrounded by some of Australia’s leading wine regions – all within a day’s drive and is regarded as the microbrewing capital of Australia.
It seems obvious now that all the ingredients for a modern Australian whisky were close by, but in 2007, when we first started, the idea of an approachable, affordable Australian whisky – served neat or as a cocktail with food – was a big leap of faith.
While Australia had a well-established small-scale ultra-premium whisky scene, Starward pioneered an affordable, approachable and distinctly Australian whisky exclusively matured in Australian wine barrels.
The result is Starward. A modern Australian whisky, elementally matured for three “Melbourne years,” that pushes the boundaries of what whisky can be.

TEEDA Aged 5 Years
Mr. Tadashi Matsuda, the founder of Helios Co. has been distilling spirits for over 50 years and promoting the identity, culture, and know-how of Okinawa. This is why the company’s main theme is “From Okinawa to The World”!
TEEDA is made from a single distillation of sugarcane molasses from locally grown sugarcane. TEEDA Gold-Rum is aged in white oak casks using both new & used rum barrels for at least 5 years while the final blend is made from rum as young as 5 years and as old as 15.
TEEDA is the Okinawan word for 'sun', which ties in company motto “From Okinawa to The World”.
Nose: Mellow scent with gentle tropical fruits, medium-long toasted mango muffin, mango-infused caramel, pineapple smoothie, and lychee.
Taste: A distinctive, chewy rum with pervasive notes strawberries, apricots, and ripe yellow mangoes on the palate.
Finish: Spicy cinnamon, maple syrup and apricot on the finish.

Benriach The Smoky Ten

The Smoky Ten is distilled using malted barley smoked with Highland peat. This wood rich Highland peat imparts distinctly sweet and smoky notes into Benriach peated whiskies. Enriched with three cask maturation using bourbon barrels, toasted virgin oak and Jamaican rum casks for layers of sunripe fruit, aromatic smoky sweetness and toasted oak spice. The Smoky Ten is an ideal introduction for explorers wanting to try a different style of peated whisky to the more traditional Islay malts. TASTING NOTES- Colour: Bright gold

Ginger Beer Cask #7 is back filled with the zingy goodness that you have been longing for. Crafted with Starward's signature single malt whisky, our Ginger Beer Cask is finished in barrels that once held our distillery made ginger beer.
TASTING NOTES

- Palate: Strong spicy ginger, fresh vanilla and pineapple, balanced by sweet raisins and fig.
- Finish: A big, warming mouthfeel with candied ginger and citrus.
Nomad Outland Whisky + FREE Nomad Metal Chilling Cubes
NOMAD , the first outland whisky on the market. A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. The resulting blend is left to mature in Scotland in sherry casks for 3 years, altogether, before being transferred to Jerez where it will be finished for a mínimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the San Fernando cellar of González Byass.
This double ageing, firstly in Scotland then in Jerez is unique, and makes Nomad Outland Whisky a true rarity.
Bright amber in colour, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavours of raisins and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky.
Jack Daniel’s Bonded
Jack Daniel's "Bonded" Tennessee Whiskey is Bottled-in-Bond, aged in select barrels for added depth and character. At 100 proof, the flavor delivers layered notes of caramel, rich oak, and spice giving way to a pleasantly lingering finish.
The Bottled-In-Bond Act (1897) stipulates that the whiskey must be:

- From one distilling season.
- Bottled at 100 proof.
- Aged in a federally bonded warehouse for at least four years (seasons to mature).
