Finlandia Vodka
Embodying the best of Finland, our award-winning vodka originates from pristine nature, made from pure, glacial spring water and the finest Suomi barley, grown under the midnight sun. State-of-the-art distillation transforms these untreated, natural ingredients into the smooth, crisp taste of Finlandia Vodka, encased in the premium design of our ice-inspired bottle.
The Finnish Midnight Sun is an integral part of the Finlandia process, ripening native barley in untainted northern soil during the short growing season where the sun does not set for 73 straight days.
Finnish barley has the highest-quality starch and the lowest content of natural oils in any grain, resulting in Finlandia’s dry, light, and smooth taste with a gentle aroma.

Colombian Treasure
To give an extraordinary smoothness to the Colombian Treasure Gin we place the spirit in oak barrels previously used to age our Dictador rums for 35 weeks. The combination of the balance of the exotic citrus peel and the time spent in barrels gives our gin the freshness and smoothness necessary to be able to savour it with just a few ice cubes.
Colour: In the glass it has a slight amber colour reflective of the time spent in a barrel. Its clarity and brightness boast of a truly revolutionary product.
Aroma: The initial aroma is of tangerine enhanced with lemon notes. The secondary aroma is of the botanicals that provide freshness and balance. Mint, spearmint and pepper and a bit of sweetness from the wood and berries.
Palate: The pleasant notes and roundness from the tangerine, lemon, mint and pepper, with the traditional flavours of gin enhanced by the time spent in oak barrels results in a unique gin.

Orin Swift Cellars Drop Stop
Kokuryu Daiginjo Ryu 1800ml
After the founder returned from France, he applied wine aging to sake and released it in 1975. At the time, it was the most expensive sake in Japan, which was a turning point for the brewery. It was also the first in the industry to use the now-common expression "Daiginjo”. At that time, a label with a dragon stamped in gold foil was used on the sake bag used to press the sake.
THis Daiginjo is fruity and soft with the notes of apple, peach, melon and strawberry. Fermented at low temperature, it is mellow with pleasant acidity and umami. Mildly dry and crisp, it is easy-drinking and delicious. REMARKS: The sake has been pasteurized, so it can be delivered at room temperature. However, cold temperature is suggested for long-term storage.
Recommended way to drink: 5°C to 10°C
Tasting Notes: Well-rounded, gently aromatic and surprisingly incisive.
Grade:Â Daiginjo
Rice:Â Yamada Nishiki
