The mouthfeel is soft and silky, but at the same time supported by a lively acidity that gives us a crisp, persistent finish.

With over 2000 indigenous grape varieties to select and compose a blend, an exhaustive search was undertaken to pay homage to this historic region. Maintaining the integrity of the land was paramount while simultaneously considering the end result of a dynamic and innovative wine. Powerful and rich fruit from Puglia (Torricella and Manduria) serves as the base with a lively vein of acidity from Barbera (Alba) that stabilizes things in just the right way.
A vast array of aromas escapes the glass—black cherry, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cured meat—which are complemented by shades of sandalwood, vanilla, balsa and evergreen. e entry is silky smooth with a textured mid-palate of velvety fig, blueberry jam and soft oak. A hint of sea salt on the finish is rounded out with a mouthfeel that fades slowly.
A blend of Negroamaro and Nero d’Avola from the Southern region of Puglia combined with Barbera from Piemonte in the North.
Barrel aged 10 months prior to release.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
A deep ruby red, richer when compared to wines grown from our other vineyards. In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas ranging from the intense smell of red-orange and violets to fresh balsamic herbal notes. This vineyard is characterized by a more creamy and silky taste coupled with a fun and vibrant saltiness. Wines from 2019 are certainly rich and Mediterranean.
Food Pairing: Grilled meat of any kind, aged cheese, pizza, pasta and casseroles.
Recommended Serving temperature: 18-20°C.

"The 2019 Brunello di Montalcino Amore e Magia reminds me more of an exotic herbal tea than wine, as notes of incense and jasmine give way to spiced blood orange. This wine soothes with its silky texture and cool acidity. Ripe wild berries flatter the palate, contrasted by a hint of orange towards the end. On the finish, the tannins are grippy and edgy, providing a classic dry feel, while the tart cranberries fade beneath the rosy florals within. Patience is needed; this is a tight, young Brunello that shows off its southern roots." - VINOUS
Arnaldo Rivera Barolo DOCG Undicicomuni 2019
A unique wine, a true expression of each vintage. A blend of Nebbiolo fruit from our prized vineyards located among the eleven villages (“undici comuni”, hence the name) in the Barolo growing area. The circular logo on the label shows, in different colors, the areas of the eleven villages.

- Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for about three weeks in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wood.

The vineyards of Tenuta Sant’Antonio lie on the Monti Garbi: harsh and impervious soil, but generous with great wines. Like this splendid combination of Valpolicella Giovane and Amarone skins. Produced from the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto - Monti Garbi District (Verona).
- Colour: ruby red.
- Nose: red fruit and cherry.
- Palate: semi-dry, soft, caressing, fresh, savoury and fairly tannic with a spicy aftertaste.
- Corvina and Corvinone 70% - Rondinella 20% - Croatina and Oseleta 10%.
Arnaldo Rivera Barolo DOCG Rocche di Castiglione 2018
Medium-intense ruby red colour. Complex and elegant nose. Notes of ripe red fruit (cherry, red berries) floral (rose petals with a hint of chamomile) and mineral nuances. Good intensity on the palate, fresh, well- balanced, silky, mouth-filling and rounded. The tannins are well-integrated. Long and persistent finish with good freshness.
Food pairings: Meat dishes such as game, red meats and seasoned cheeses.
Arnaldo Rivera Barolo DOCG Ravera 2018
The nose is intensely smoky, with raspberry and strawberry aromas. The calcareous white soils produce beautiful fruit aromatics, whilst the due-south sun-facing aspect add considerable depth to the fruit and ripeness to the firm tannins. Directness of fruit is also brought forward by a degree less oak than their other Cru wines, with some smaller format wood -- but none of it new. It's sleek and stylish, a lifted wine that's taut and spicy with fine-grained tannins. There's tension and persistence here, with a long and elegant finish. A long and profound Barolo to approach now or cellar a good while, the Ravera is a classic.
"Quite a spicy nose, together with plum, red-tile and deeper, earthy notes. Medium-bodied with firm tannins that feel a little dry, at least for now. But there’s very good concentration of fruit. A bright delicate ruby red, that offers the typical transparency of Brunello. At the nose, it expresses a fine bouquet, where small red fruits are surrounded by earthy and iron notes. In the mouth, it offers purity and energy without it being excessive. A rich and linear body, so fluent and polished that will capture the total attention of all of your senses for a very long time.
Food Pairing: Serve with roasted meat, aged cheese, pizza, pasta, casseroles and grilled dishes.
Recommended Serving Temperature: from 16° to 18°C.
Ageing: 24 months aging in oak barrels and minimum aging of 18 months in cement vats

"An enticing blend of dusty rose, cinnamon and clove gives way to lifting traces of mint and dried strawberries as the sweetly spiced 2018 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Lupi e Sirene blossoms in the glass. This is pure elegance, with velvety textures guided by fresh acidity and polished red and blue fruits complicated by a savory herbal thrust toward the close. The balance here is otherworldly. The 2018 finishes with unexpected vibrancy despite a web of fine tannins that grumble on as licorice notes slowly fade. ROSSO DI MONTALCINO DOC
A deep ruby red with elegant orange shadows. In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas going from an intense smell of cherry, strawberry, and violet to a fresh wild herbs aroma. For a Rosso di Montalcino, the wine is structured and refined, with a broad and smooth mouth and a long after taste.
Food Pairing: Serve with roast meat, aged cheeses, and pasta.
Recommended Serving Temperature: from 16° to 18°C.
Ageing: 24 months aging in big oak barrels, and eight month in cement

"The 2020 Rosso di Montalcino Sogni e Follia is wild and exotic, with a seductive blend of rose petals, cinnamon sticks and mentholated cherries forming its bouquet. This balances silky textures with vividly ripe wild berry fruits, zesty orange and juicy acidity in a way that I find wildly attractive. The 2020 leaves a coating of gently grippy tannins yet keeps the energy high, finishing with medium length as violet inner florals slowly fade." VINOUS
