Serving portion: 1 glass
Ingredients you will need:
- 25ml of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey
- 1 tsp Caster sugar
- Juice of half lemon
- 8 mint leaves
- Mint sprig to garnish
- Lemon wedge to garnish
- Ice cubes
Equipment you will need:
- Teaspoon
- Shaker/ plastic cup
- Measuring cup/ tablespoon (1 spoonful = 15ml) / teaspoon (1 spoonful = 5 ml)
- Highball glass/ any serving glass
Method:
1/2 fill a cocktail shaker/ plastic cup with cubed ice. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. 2/3 fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Strain the liquid into the glass. Add the mint and lemon wedge to garnish.

- Nose: Caramel and charred oak, a little orange blossom, manuka honey and vanilla.
- Palate: Thick and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasty oak, honey again, a little apricot too.
- Finish: Good length - rounded and rich.
