We only deliver within Singapore at the moment.

Orders below $300 are subject to a $30 delivery charge.
Enjoy FREE delivery when you spend a minimum of $300.
Express deliveries will be charged at $40

Same Day Delivery:
Mondays to Fridays: 3pm – 8pm
*Surcharge of $40 for same day delivery

Next Working Day Delivery*: (for orders received after 12pm on working days)
Mondays to Fridays: 10am – 8pm

For orders received after 12pm on Friday, delivery will be on Monday between 10am – 8pm.

No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays.

The delivery must be received by persons aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.

We strive to make sure this never happens but in the event that it does, kindly indicate on the delivery note and we will rectify the issue.

We are happy to accept returns of product that are delivered damaged or unusable for any reason.

We don’t expect this to ever happen but please call our customer service line within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does. We are unable to accept returns if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.

For first time users, you can purchase without creating an account. On check out, just provide your contact, billing and shipping information.

You can register your account upon check out by clicking on the “Create an account” after providing your contact, billing and shipping information.

For registered users, log in using your username and password during check out, your saved contact, billing and shipping information will be used. Afterwards, you can choose to pay either through credit card via PayPal.

Unfortunately not all the products that we carry are available on the website yet. You can email us at order@maltwineasia.com or call 9117 3622 to check if the product is available.

Simply log in to your account and click on the My Orders link (beside the My Cart link) to check your order history. If you have any specific questions about your order, please email us at order@maltwineasia.com or call 9117 3622.

Once you have received an email notifying that the order is being processed, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment. You can call 9117 3622 for more information regarding your order.

Login to your account, click on the My Orders link and from there you will be able make the changes to your account, billing and shipping information.
