For those wine drinkers with a drier palate, Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect white. This is our driest white wine so if dry is your flavour preference, Sauvignon Blanc will definitely hit the spot! Barefoot Sauvignon Blanc wine is bursting blissfully with sumptuous summer fruit flavours. Hints of citrus, peach, pear, nectarine and ripe honeydew melon all combine to deliver a wine that is delicious, crisp and extremely tasty.

Handpicked Regional Selection Rosé 2018
Yarra Valley, Australia
This wine was grown at our Highbow Hill Vineyard north of Yarra Glen township. The soils are sandy loam over clay and gravel over Yarra Valley mudstone. The Pinot Noir and Marsanne were planted in 1998.
Varietal: Pinot Noir 95%, Marsanne 5%
The colour is a clear light salmon, what the French would call “eye of partridge”. The nose has vibrant red fruit and spice aromas, and the palate is surprisingly weighty with juicy fruit flavours and savoury complexity enhanced by great texture. This wine is perfect for sipping on its own and will pair handsomely with a range of foods - pan fried rainbow trout with new potatoes, smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches, sushi.
Domaine Albert Mann Gewurztraminer 2019
A pretty light-yellow colour with some golden reflections. The bouquet is powerful and complex. It's an explosion of exotic fruits, flowers and spices. The palate, which perfectly envelops the entire palate, is delicate and delicious. It is a Gewurztraminer with a nice balance between power and finesse.
First Drop Mother’s Ruin McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
This well-balanced expression of McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon is an ode to the ‘luncheon claret’, but it’s not as green and austere as the favourite lunchtime libation at the gentleman’s club. The fruit is from a vineyard with good breeding in the foothills and the resulting wine has been made in a fruit driven style this vintage. It has classic First Drop drinkability, so bottoms up!
Colour: Dark plum
Nose: Cassis and plum fruit flavours with hints of eucalyptus and florals
Palate: Black fruits with a round mid palate, an elegant core of tannins and a textured finish.
Predicador Tinto 2018
Predicador 2018 was made with bunches from our vines between 20 and 40 years old. The vines were heavily loaded with grapes, so a very strict pre-harvest has to be made, 40% of the production was removed. The end of maturation was slow but a good balance was achieved.
Shows a very tense purple color. On the nose shows ripe red fruits. Very mineral. With balsamic and fine woods. In the mouth it has an enveloping volume and, as my friend Paco’s father used
to said about these kind of wines: “This is chocolate”. Long life.

Handpicked Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Margaret River, Australia
This is a complex wine with aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate, and cedar with berry highlights. On the palate it has layers of interest starting with rich dark berry fruit flavours, deft oak treatment, and plush tannins. It is ready to drink and will age beautifully over the long term.
This fruit was hand harvested in late March in a selection of our vineyards; the majority was from the Wilyabrup sub-region and there was a parcel from Carbunup. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, 30 per cent new, for 15 months.
Orin Swift Blank Stare 2018
Every now and then when tasting wine, you come across one that makes you fall into its gravity. One moment you’re having a great time with friends and the next you’re stuck with your nose in the glass—time stands still and you appear to have a blank stare on your face. The gravitational pull makes time stop. In fact, the third iteration of Blank Stare follows in the footsteps of two great vintages for Sauvignon Blanc. Sourced primarily from the Laguna Ranch, MacMurray and Two Rock vineyards, the wine’s main premise is to do just that, make time stand still with glass in hand, just for a few seconds.
Glowing in the glass, the aromatics concentrate with notes of lemongrass, fresh cut grass and hints of lavender, cream and jasmine. On the palate, the entry is all acidity but with a serious mid-palate—lively flavors of kiwi, lime and intriguing minerality. The finish is bright and youthful with a slight Meyer lemon rind closing out the wine.
Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia 2018
Coming primarily from the Estate’s younger vineyards and made with the same passion and attention to detail as Ornellaia, Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia is a true “second vin”. A blend of Merlot 44%, Cabernet Sauvignon 26%, Cabernet Franc 12% & Petit Verdot 18%, Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia combines generosity and depth of flavour with an engaging and vibrant personality.
Dark in colour, the wine shows a charming nose of perfectly ripe red fruit and spices. The palate is rich and well-rounded with beautiful velvety-textured tannins that coat the palate. A wine that combines immediate pleasure and great ageing capacity.

WINEMARKER’S NOTES
The blend exhibits darker aromatics of blueberry, raspberry, black pepper, vanilla crème and a slight funk. The entry is refined yet immense with flavors of redcurrant, cherry tart and traces of spice that follow through to the mid-palate. The backbone of acidity and a lengthy finish sets up the wine to age for many years.

The vibrant and robust wine is balanced by velvety tannins and the spice and minerality characteristic of Monte Rosso’s iron-rich volcanic soils. The extraordinarily long, luxurious finish includes hints of vanilla, pepper and molasses.

Vilmart & Cie Emotion 2013
The colour of this wine is orange pink. The calm and regular effervescence gives birth to a sustained and delicate cord whose bubble is very fine. On the nose, this wine is powerful, fruity, developing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry and floral notes of peony with a vanilla finish. This bouquet of fruit is supported by slight notes of almond, cinnamon, honey and wood. Length, complexity and balance define a mouth in harmony with the nose. In the mouth, very refreshing, reminiscent of pomelos on the finish.

Tasting notes: A bright delicate ruby red, that offers the typical transparency of Brunello. At the nose, it expresses a fine bouquet, where small red fruits are surrounded by earthy and irony notes.
