Across the Côte de Beaune, limestone-rich soils are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy summarizes the essence of the region’s native white grape. We see it as an entry door on all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus Burgundy’s vineyards have to offer.  

Pale straw yellow in colour, it has a floral and fruity bouquet, with intense aromatic notes in its youth capable of evolving into more complex aromas after a few years in the bottle. Good structure, contained acidity, excellent sapidity and persistence on the palate. It goes well with semi-mature cheeses, first courses and white meats. Serving temperature 12° – 14°.
