J. Denuzière Condrieu 2020
Viognier is the only varietal grown in Condrieu, and makes smooth, generous wines. These are a pale, golden colour with a glimmer of green, and are both fresh and highly aromatic. Scents include floral perfumes, particularly violets, and fruity notes of mango, white peach and apricot. At their peak, there is also a discernible touch of musk, gingerbread and tobacco.

Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Lemon yellow with green glimmers.
Nose: The nose opens us with Japanese pear, green apple, white flowers, white peach and almond.
Palate: The palate is silky and elegant. Notes of peach, nectarine, mango, candied pineapple and dried apricot are highlighted by spices. The finish is long and elegant, with delicate peppery notes.
Pairs well with Goats cheeses, Mont d'Or, seafood or a fillet of perch pike with seaweed and bamboo shoots.

Colour: Yellow with silver tinges.
Nose: The already expressive nose offers Sansho pepper, blackberry bud, white peach, exotic fruits and citrus fruits such as pomelos.
Palate: A rich and powerful wine with an elegant freshness. A delicate touch of bitterness lingers on the long and incredibly well balanced finish.
Pairs well with Goats cheeses, a white bean bruschetta, mushrooms and grilled white fish.

Orin Swift Mannequin 2021
A blinding white gold and a chartreuse shimmer in the glass, the 2021 Mannequin opens with opulent, beguiling aromatics. Ripe golden apple, concentrated jasmine, citrus notes and a touch of cream and fresh brioche emerge. The entry is bright yet with a bit of weight; similar aromatic notes come through on the palate supplemented by rich honeydew and green apple. Tempered by a prominent vein of acidity, the wine closes at length with a seamless silk-like quality, finishing with pleasing minerality.

Pale straw yellow in colour, it has a floral and fruity bouquet, with intense aromatic notes in its youth capable of evolving into more complex aromas after a few years in the bottle. Good structure, contained acidity, excellent sapidity and persistence on the palate. It goes well with semi-mature cheeses, first courses and white meats.

Aromas of yellow and green citrus, sweet red capsicum, hints of fennel and freshly crushed herbs combined with passionfruit seed and warm wet river gavels.
Bright citrus, white nectarine with underlying tropical notes, pink lemonade and salted grapefruit pith on the finish. The sweet fruit characteristic interplays with the crisp and silken texture to give a long lingering mouthfeel.

Limpid, pale yellow wine with golden highlights. Rich and complex nose, with a blend of white fruits and flowers, fresh and sweet spices and honey, nuts. Plentiful, structured and creamy mouth unveiling a lovely aromatic intensity. Long and fresh elegant finish.
Fresh and fruity when young, gaining more complexity after 5-10 years. Potential of 15-20 years. Drink as an aperitif with marinated sardines. Perfect with fish, veal or poultry in sauce, as well as more spicy dishes. Excellent match with cured cheeses. Decant a few hours and serve at 14°C. If served too cold, the wine will not develop its full aroma.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Gris 2023
This wine is part of Albert Mann’s Tradition range, recognisable thanks to the label designed by François Bruetschy. These wines are made to bring their grape variety to the fore, and here it’s the Pinot Gris grape that takes centre stage. The vines are grown in the Wettolsheim and Kientzheim parcels where the soils are composed of chalk and clay. This is a yellow-coloured wine with hints of green. Its aromas evoke elderberry and lime with a dash of apple On the palate you’ll get a lively mouthful, at once fresh and harmonious with a touch of spice and liquorice. We recommend pairing this with a ballotine of poultry or veal with courgette.
Pinot Gris Albert Mann serve at a temperature of 12°C.
It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Ballotine de volaille aux noisettes, Piccata de veau aux courgettes , Orechiettes au thon, citron et fleurs de câpres.
Chateau de Pommard Chassagne-Montrachet 2020
TASTING
Complex and multi-layered, Chassagne-Montrachet 2020 is pale yellow in color with glints of gold. The toasty nose is marked by aromas of white flowers and nuts. The palate is fresh and perfectly balanced. The finish is persistent and generous, with citrus notes. There is no doubt this wine is capable of seducing again and again over the next 10 years.

SOILS
Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, the soils composed of marl, clay, limestone, and pebbles in the southern end of the Côte de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied Chardonnay showing the highest expression of the terroir.
WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees. Fining and light filtration before bottling.
