Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires 2020
The vines, which are at least 25 years old, were planted near the Grand Cru Mambourg above the Clarisses monastery in Sigolsheim. The yields here are only 26 hl/ha.
Ruby red color, beautiful shine. The nose is discreet with a floral touch as well as notes of mara strawberries. In the mouth, a precision, a depth, a radiance that makes you want to repeat endlessly. Beautiful body hold, this racy wine reveals superb liveliness. A touch on the palate with notes of velvet. It has a rigor and a solar tone which underline its raw material and allow this Pinot Noir to give a very gastronomic dimension.
Food Pairing: Veal, Game, Poultry, Mushroom
"Stunning blackberry and black-cherry nose with notes of orange zest and cinnamon. Such a graceful wine, the power and concentration below the waterline at the front and on the mid-palate, until they sweep you away at the diamond-bright finish. So much energy and vitality that it's dangerous! From a site just below the Grand Cru Furstentum. 65% whole cluster. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold." - 98 points, James Suckling

"Lots of sour black cherries, some baked currants and dried flowers, dried herbs and stems. A full-bodied red with broad-shouldered tannins. Chewy, but still polished and refined. More structured than the 2021 vintage, but less tangy. Characterful. From organically grown grapes." 93 points, James Suckling
Veramonte Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
CABERNET SAUVIGNON | 2020
COLCHAGUA VALLEY
EXPRESSIVE ā¢ INTENSE ā¢ RICH
Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather and vanilla are complemented with cassis flavors and hints of spices, with a long velvety finish.
A challenging early harvest, with the principal factor being a winter with low levels of precipitation that favored our organic vineyards. Severe frosts in some zones of the valley affected yields, but maintained the quality of the grapes, and summer saw elevated temperatures. Harvest began early, and thanks to this we had expressive and intense fruit with balanced acidity and ripe tannins.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 16ĀŗC
Food Pairing: Lamb shanks, Beef empanadas

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry Piemontese
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, released on the year of Cocchiās 130th anniversary, is a classic-style vermouth from the birthplace of vermouth, Piemonte.
āRicetta Piemonteseā(Piedmontese recipe), stated on the label, is a very precise indication of the content: all the relevant ingredients for this vermouth come from Piemonte and have a strong bond with our region.
The wine used for this vermouth is Cortese, the same grape used for Gavi DOCG.
The Artemisia Absinthium, is 100% from Piemonte mountains.
The aromatic profile is characterized by Menta di Pancalieri, a local variety of peppermint, and lemon, traditionally used to garnish vermouth in our region.
The Cocchi Extra Dry proudly carries the āVermouth di Torinoā appellation.
Characteristics
The wine at its hearth comes from local Cortese grapes (same grape used for Gavi DOCG), which is then married with lemon peels and Piedmontese mint as well as botanicals such as wormwood, angelica, coriander and cardamom for a fragrant and perfectly balanced character.
Tasting Notes
Cocchi Extra Dry is an extremely elegant stand-alone vermouth with fresh apple, melon and white flower notes from the wine, beautifully balance with the aromatic botanical notes of cardamom, wormwood, coriander and angelica. The Piedmontese mint and lemon peels bring herbaceous notes and brightness to the palate, creating a unique personality.
Minoki Rum

Kuroki Honten Kiroku Sweet Potato Shochu
The letters on the label are 7 and 6, and the letters "Kiroku" and "Ki" are written in cursive.Ā Potatoes, malted rice, and yeast are all grown in-house and brewed with the famous water of Mt. Osuzu.
The nose has a gentle sweetness of grain, black tea, and strong, thick aromas. The taste is well-structured and balanced with good concentration and a lingering aromatic and complex flavor. When served with water, the flavor becomes richer, releasing the sweet, slightly roasted characters of the potato. When served with hot water, the flavor softens and becomes more well-balanced and rounded.
To really bring out the mellow, earthy sweetness, serve it with a splash of hot water. If you prefer the clean, high-toned notes of black tea, keep it cool and serve it over ice.

Gonzalez Byass Vina AB Amontillado
ViƱa AB is a young Amontillado which has experienced both ageing under flor and oxidative ageing. Due to contact with oxygen, it has taken on a light amber colour. On the palate ViƱa AB shows subtle notes of oak due to the 12 years spent in cask. Pleasant with a balanced acidity. Long aftertaste with slight saltiness and bitterness on the finish.
Serve well chilled, 8-12 ĀŗC, in a small white glass to appreciate the full bouquet of aromas. ViƱa AB is a complex wine which provides unique versatility, matching even the most complicated dishes. Perfect with charcuterie, duck, consomĆ©, hard cheese and nuts.
