For the 2024 Master’s Collection release, Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall experimented with finishing our bourbon, rye, and wheat whiskies in Madeira barrels— creating uniquely fruit-forward whiskies.
Hailing from the Madeira islands off the coast of Portugal, the Madeira barrels are rich with dried fruit, spice, and nutty flavors from the fortified wine they once held. To further enhance the flavors of the Madeira-finished whiskies, we blended them with our fruit-forward Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey. Together, this blend elevates the expansive fruit and floral notes found in our Wheat Whiskey to create this year’s Master Collection presentation: Woodford Reserve Madeira Finish Blend.
TASTING NOTES
- Nose: Dark cherries, brown sugar and candied oranges sprinkled with clove and nutmeg.
- Taste: Rich oak, cinnamon, clove, and tobacco box fade into robust dried dark fruit notes of raisin and dried cranberry.
- Finish: The bright spice notes linger then give way to berry fruit and dark coco.

Nestled amid the rolling hills of bluegrass and thoroughbred farms sits our historic Woodford Reserve Distillery.
One of Kentucky’s oldest and smallest distilleries, the present-day Woodford Reserve Distillery is built on history, sitting on Kentucky’s oldest distilling site where Elijah Pepper began crafting whiskey in 1812. It was on these same hallowed grounds that years later Master Distiller James Christopher Crow perfected his whiskey-making methods, which today have become common practice, including the implementation of sour mash into fermentation.
The Distillery is home to a 500-foot-long gravity-fed barrel run, our iconic copper pot stills, and 100-year-old cypress wood fermenters. We also boast one of the only heat cycled barrelhouses in the world, ensuring every drop seeps into the charred and toasted white oak, giving Woodford Reserve its colour and signature flavour.

Expressive nose of ripe red fruits (plums, ripe cassis …), spices and with an elegant touch of new oak. On the palate, the wine is immediately harmonious and seductive with velvety ripe-fruit flavours wonderfully cradled by the new–oak. Medium bodied with ripe tannins and a savoury finish.
Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Akkeshi Single Malt Whisky Risshun
Akkeshi Single Malt Whisky RISSHUN (立春) is the 14th in the 24 Season Series.
"Risshun" is the beginning of the 24 seasons and the time when the longitude of the sun reaches 315 degrees, which is around February 4 on the solar calendar. It is the midpoint between the winter solstice and the vernal equinox. Since it is calculated based on the movement of the sun, it is cold enough to be called spring, but one can sense that the days are longer than at the winter solstice. Risshun and Setsubun are also closely related. The day before Risshun is Setsubun.
The key malt is "All Hokkaido Whisky". All Hokkaido whisky is distilled in Atsugishi using Hokkaido malt and aged in Hokkaido oak casks. It is the "most peaty" of the 24 Setsubiki series currently available. It is a product with high expectations for those who like Akkeshi whisky.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Condensed milk, Fermented butter, Whipped cream, Salt, Honey, Oven and fresh bread.
Taste: Peat, Citrus mix juice, Persimmon nuance in the back.
Finish: Black pepper, Citrus peel, Lemon-lime cider.
Starward Ginger Beer Cask #7

Ginger Beer Cask #7 is back filled with the zingy goodness that you have been longing for. Crafted with Starward's signature single malt whisky, our Ginger Beer Cask is finished in barrels that once held our distillery made ginger beer.
TASTING NOTES
- Nose: Ginger, orange and dark chocolate.
- Palate: Strong spicy ginger, fresh vanilla and pineapple, balanced by sweet raisins and fig.
- Finish: A big, warming mouthfeel with candied ginger and citrus.
Tsukiyoshino – Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Junmai Daiginjo that has been aged thoroughly in icy temperature over a year. As it took time for aging, contents in sake dissolve well in sake expressing the mellow mouthfeel as well as the umami of rice. It features muscat's aroma and crisp aftertaste. Medium bodied and mildly sweet.

TEEDA Aged 5 Years
Mr. Tadashi Matsuda, the founder of Helios Co. has been distilling spirits for over 50 years and promoting the identity, culture, and know-how of Okinawa. This is why the company’s main theme is “From Okinawa to The World”!
TEEDA is made from a single distillation of sugarcane molasses from locally grown sugarcane. TEEDA Gold-Rum is aged in white oak casks using both new & used rum barrels for at least 5 years while the final blend is made from rum as young as 5 years and as old as 15.
TEEDA is the Okinawan word for 'sun', which ties in company motto “From Okinawa to The World”.
Nose: Mellow scent with gentle tropical fruits, medium-long toasted mango muffin, mango-infused caramel, pineapple smoothie, and lychee.
Taste: A distinctive, chewy rum with pervasive notes strawberries, apricots, and ripe yellow mangoes on the palate.
Finish: Spicy cinnamon, maple syrup and apricot on the finish.
Kawaii Shiroi La France Pear
You could enjoy the sweet flavours from raw milk and fruit juices. The Lafrance (European pear) produced in Yamagata Prefecture has a flowery flavour. Delicate aroma from crisp Lafrance comes with soft taste, which comfort you in personal space with your own silence, as well as in the social party with elegance atmosphere.
Mix with soda, white wine, champagne or milk with ice at any ratio. Pouring cool Kawaii Shiroi Chardonnay on frappe is recommended.
