Distilled in a column still from molasses and resting for 13 years in Trinidad in an American oak cask that once contained bourbon, this rum reveals a fascinating complexity. And therefore, in our Caroni we detect a powerful and slightly disquieting opening of hydrocarbons, but immediately after a more delicate dose of rubber and black fruit.
