Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold Year of the Ox 2021

$145.00

The Chinese Lantern design inspired by the art of paper cutting (jiǎnzhǐ 剪纸) that originated in China around the sixth century AD. Red is the most commonly used colour, which represents good luck, happiness and prosperity, and cut-out
patterns are often formed by Chinese characters representing Chinese zodiac animals. Normally paper-cutting artwork is used on festivals like Spring Festival and weddings.

Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold Tennessee Whiskey is a luxury expression of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey.

It was conceived and is crafted to offer Jack Daniel’s aficionados and luxury consumers an ultra-smooth expression of our whiskey.

It is a twice barreled, twice mellowed expression of our Old No. 7 whiskey and part of its name, “27,” celebrates the twice barreled, twice mellowing process where maple barrels impart a rich, smooth and luxurious whiskey experience.

    The Glendronach Peated Port Wood

    Whisky, Scotch
    $168.00
The GlenDronach Peated Port Wood is a rare example of Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, made in the ‘old style’, from malted barley dried with Highland peat. Inspired by the historical import of casked port into Scotland during the nineteenth century, the peated spirit has then undergone a final maturation in the finest port pipes, from the Douro Valley in Portugal. The whisky maker has hand-selected and expertly combined these port pipes, to create a rare and surprising expression of The GlenDronach. The GlenDronach Peated Port Wood is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural colour.
    • Colour : Dark amber with a ruby heart
    • Nose : Wild strawberries dusted with cinnamon sugar, filled with sweet wood smoke. A warming hint of black pepper and a sprig of mint appear in the back note.
    • Taste : Crisp, tart cranberry juice, flooded with waves of Highland smoke, sweetens to red berry compote, with rich, stewed barley.

    Nomad Outland Whisky

    Whisky, International
    $108.00 $97.20
NOMAD , the first outland whisky on the market. A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. The resulting blend is left to mature in Scotland in sherry casks for 3 years, altogether, before being transferred to Jerez where it will be finished for a mínimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the San Fernando cellar of González Byass. This double ageing, firstly in Scotland then in Jerez is unique, and makes Nomad Outland Whisky a true rarity. Bright amber in colour, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavours of raisins and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky.

The Glendronach Grandeur 27 Year Old Batch 10

    Whisky, Scotch
    $1,700.00

Founded in 1826, James Allardice built his distillery in the fertile landscape of the Forgue valley and named it ‘GlenDronach’, which means ‘valley of the brambles’ in Scots Gaelic. Allardice was a pioneer of sherry cask maturation and would have celebrated today’s release of The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 10, an exquisite marriage of some of the oldest and most unique Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from the distillery.

A selection of sherry cask puncheons and butts have been maturing in our traditional dunnage warehouses since the 1960s. It is only some of the most extraordinary and remarkable which have been carefully chosen by our Master Blender, Rachel Barrie, for this special 27-year-old bottling of The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 10, limited to 2293 bottles.
The GlenDronach Grandeur bottles at 50.1% ABV, is individually numbered by hand and will be available to purchase from specialist whisky stores globally. As a rich and complex Highland Single Malt experience, The GlenDronach Distillery has released this intense sherry expression just in time for Christmas as the ideal accompaniment to the festive season.

“Quietly maturing for over 27 years in the dark of our dunnage warehouses, The GlenDronach Grandeur Batch 10 is undoubtedly a superb expression and a fantastic representation of the smooth, complex and full-bodied style that The GlenDronach Distillery is famous for.” – The GlenDronach, Master Blender Rachel Barrie

    • Colour : Intense cherry wood
    • Nose : A masterful symphony of ripe damson plum, freshly cracked black walnut and concentrated bramble and apple jam. The scent of old antique leather, truffle oil and cedar cigar box waft seductively,
    • as mellow maturity balances the richly sherried sweetness.
    • Taste : Exquisite sherry cask maturation combining elegance, richness and complexity. Sip morello cherries in dark chocolate with a crescendo of blackberry jus.
    • Finish : Savour black truffle, old-fashioned treacle gingerbread, prune and walnut oil lingering long into the richly satisfying finish.

Glenglassaugh Single Cask 40 Years 1978 Cask 1 SEA Edition

Vintage & Collectibles, Glenglassaugh Single Cask, Whisky, Scotch
    $1,980.00
Since 1875, Glenglassaugh distillery has sat quietly on the edge of the picturesque Sandend Bay, breathing in the North Sea air which flows through its warehouses and invigorates its sweet Highland spirit with notes of the sea. Silent for a period of more than 20 years, the distillery was re-awakened in 2008 and its stills brought back to life. Unearthed from the coastal warehouses, a rare collection of vintage casks were discovered from before the distillery fell quiet. These forgotten whiskies can now be experienced as part of our Glenglassaugh rare cask series. Glenglassaugh rare casks are a discovery to be made, each cask telling its own story. All casks are bottled without chill filtration, for natural character, with the pure colour drawn entirely from the wood of the cask. This is the first single cask that Glenglassaugh’s Master Blender, Dr Rachel Barrie has chosen to be bottled for South East Asia. Colour of walnut wood. On the nose, you get cherry brandy and caramelized orange with cassis and dark chocolate. On the palate, heather honey, orange and lemon sugar syrup with pineapple cream, cherry cake and lingering currants. There is only 634 bottles available for South East Asia.
