The authentic Mediterranean gin, Gin Mare, was created with unique and savoury botanicals including Arbequina olive from Spain, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, and Italian sweet basil. The four principal Mediterranean botanicals unite with more traditional botanicals including coriander, cardamom, citrus, and juniper berries to create a character that lends itself well to pairing with food.

Gin Mare is a distilled gin from the Mediterranean. It consists of nine botanicals which are macerated (40 days for the citrus botanicals and 12 hours for the remaining botanicals), before being distilled separately and then expertly blended, earning the notation “Collecion de Autor” on each bottle.
The bottle cap can also be used as a 50ml measuring cap.

An award winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinand’s owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germany’s finest vineyards. Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience. Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The additional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using demineralized water, then finally bottled. Ingredients: 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused. MARS Japanese GIN Wabigin is a Japanese gin that incorporates botanicals grown in the diverse natural environment of Kagoshima. By bringing out the characteristics of the material, the spiciness of coriander seeds enhances the flavor of juniper berries and harmonizes with nine botanicals harvested in various parts of Kagoshima, including kumquat harvested in Kaseda-tsunuki, Minamisatsuma City, where the distillery is located. We finished this gin with a refreshing taste. The botanical "Satsuma Button" is an original design of Satsuma ware that was revived by the painter Shiho Murota. It expresses Kagoshima's traditional techniques and nature. Botanicals: Juniper Berry, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Green tea leaf, Saigon cinnamon leaf,Yuzu(Japanese citron), Hetsuka bitter orange, Lemon, Kumquat, Shell ginger, Perilla(Japanese herb) On the nose it is spicy and soft with notes of ginger and juniper. On the palate it is herbaceous and citrusy , with clear notes of yuzu and green tea. The finish is long and fresh with citrus and bitter notes.
