Master Distiller Andreas Vallendar combines carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken estate and over 30 delicately balanced botanicals from the vineyards and our own cultivation.
Our Saar Quince is infused with 2011er Rausch Kabinett, which in 2013 was awarded 92 points by Gault Millau and was distinguished as the best cabinet wine of the year. The Royal Prussian District Forester Ferdinand Geltz not only gave his name to this Riesling-infused Saar Dry Gin but he was also the historical co-founder of the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growers’ group.
This golden Quince from the Saar symbolises the perfect balance between sweet, sour, and bitter.

Sakaki is distilled in small batches with 15 botanicals: Juniper Berry, Sakaki, Coriander Seed, Caraway, Yoshino Sugi, Star Anise, Allspice, Clove, Cinnamon, Ume, Yuzu Peel, Citrus Unshu Peel, Citrus Sudachi Peel, Japanese Pepper and Lavendar.

Nomad Outland Whisky + FREE Nomad Metal Chilling Cubes
NOMAD , the first outland whisky on the market. A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. The resulting blend is left to mature in Scotland in sherry casks for 3 years, altogether, before being transferred to Jerez where it will be finished for a mĂnimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the San Fernando cellar of González Byass.
This double ageing, firstly in Scotland then in Jerez is unique, and makes Nomad Outland Whisky a true rarity.
Bright amber in colour, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavours of raisins and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky.
Waipara West Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Pale gold with silver streaks.
Aromas of yellow and green citrus, sweet red capsicum, hints of fennel and freshly crushed herbs combined with passionfruit seed and warm wet river gavels.
Bright citrus, white nectarine with underlying tropical notes, pink lemonade and salted grapefruit pith on the finish. The sweet fruit characteristic interplays with the crisp and silken texture to give a long lingering mouthfeel.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, Vegetarian, Goat Cheese
