Notes of juniper, lemon thyme and lavender predominate. The high alcohol content wonderfully emphasizes these aromas and gives extra bite to a Dry Martini.

Treasure is based on a unique Colombian fruit Limon Mandarino (Tangerine-Lemon) which blends the exotic sweet taste of the tangerine and the acidity of the lemon to give fantastic balance. The base spirit for the Colombian Gin is made from a neutral spirit distilled up to five times from sugar cane. The berries, botanicals, spices and citrus peels when combined with the ageing process merge to create our unique Gin.
Colombian Treasure Gin. To give an extraordinary smoothness to the Colombian Treasure Gin we place the spirit in oak barrels previously used to age our Dictador rums for 35 weeks. The combination of the balance of the exotic citrus peel and the time spent in barrels gives our gin the freshness and smoothness necessary to be able to savour it with just a few ice cubes.
Colour : In the glass it has a slight amber colour reflective of the time spent in a barrel. Its clarity and brightness boast of a truly revolutionary product.
Aroma : The initial aroma is of tangerine enhanced with lemon notes. The secondary aroma is of the botanicals that provide the freshness and balance. Mint, spearmint and pepper and a bit of sweetness from the wood and berries.
Palate : The pleasant notes and roundness from the tangerine, lemon, mint and pepper, with the traditional flavours of gin enhanced by the time spent in oak barrels results in a truly unique gin.SKU: DTD18-NV00700-GN

An award winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinand’s owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germany’s finest vineyards.
Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience.
Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The addtional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs, adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using deminerlised water, then finally bottled.
Ingredients : 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused.

Our Saar Quince is infused with 2011er Rausch Kabinett, which in 2013 was awarded 92 points by Gault Millau and was distinguished as the best cabinet wine of the year. The Royal Prussian District Forester Ferdinand Geltz not only gave his name to this Riesling-infused Saar Dry Gin but he was also the historical co-founder of the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growers’ group.
