Characterised by a deep ruby red colour with a subtle purple hue, the wine opens deliciously with aromas of ripe red fruit, accompanied by notes of liquorice, black pepper and chocolate.

Enjoy fresh and fruity in the first 5 years. Ageing potential of 8 to 10 years. Try the Classique White as an apéritif with salmon cream toasts or simply dry nuts! Excellent with grilled fish and also white meat. Perfect with goat and sheep fresh cheese. Aerate and drink at around 14°C. If served too cold, this wine will not develop its full aroma.

This is a complex wine with aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate and cedar with briary highlights. On the palate it has layers of interest starting with rich dark berry fruit flavours, deft oak treatment and plush tannins. It is ready to drink and will age beautifully over the long term.

The Primus vineyards are located on the third alluvial terrace of the Alto Maipo, at the foot of the Andes Mountains. The grapes are hand-picked, double sorted, fermented in open top tanks with native yeasts, and left on the skins after fermentation to gain structure and depth. Red fruit aromas, with cedar and boldo notes. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with ﬂavors of cherry and hints of pepper and rosemary. Silky, with velvety tannins and great mouthfeel.
There was little rainfall during the season, concentrated in the winter months. Temperatures rose signiﬁcantly near the end of spring, with record high temperatures, and the beginning of harvest was unusually early.
