BenMarco Organico Malbec 2019


The process of making BenMarco Organico Malbec includes keeping the grapes in a cold storage room in the winery for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts and post-fermentation maceration for 15 days.

BenMarco Sin Límites Organic Malbec is very pure on the nose, with a pronounced fruity profile, especially red fruit, which represents the typicity of the terroir. It is affable in the mouth, with
fine-textured tannins.

They are perfect with roasted, grilled or sauteed preparations, cured and cold meats like salami and prosciutto, poultry, soft cheese, nuts and seed.
