Coup de Foudre Sauvignon Blanc 2020
This is the only white wine produce by the winery ā the only white varietal we ever would choose to approach. We style our Sauvignon Blanc after some of the great white Bordeaux
wines from the Pessac Leognan region, offering a flavor profile of pink grapefruit, stone fruits and bright minerality.
The wine produce elements of honeydew melon, white peach, and nectarine, with underlying notes of fresh citrus bloom nuances. A weighty mouthfeel ushers in notes of pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon zest with bright acidity, minerality and tropical elements through to a long finish.
Aged for 7 months in 50% Concrete Egg Ferm, 10% New Burgundian Oak, 30% Neutral French Oak, 10% Stainless Barrell.
Yangarra Preservative Free Shiraz 2021
The PF Shiraz is made from grapes grown on our certified biodynamic single estate vineyard, grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. Itās a medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine. With that in mind, we do have PF Shiraz back to our first vintage of 2013 that is still showing some of lovely vibrant characters.
The wine was carefully basket pressed after approximately 2 weeks on skins. No additives were used throughout the entire production. No fining occurred, just filtration.
VARIETY: 100% Shiraz
"This is a very pure, super-young style of shiraz that is all about the unadulterated taste of blueberry and red-plum shiraz fruit. Smooth, open-knit, and plump, it has no sulfites added ā hence the preservative-free acronym. Drink now. Screw cap." - 92 points, James Suckling

Dark fruit, plum, blueberry, blackberries, licorice, raisin, slight earthy and herbal notes coming through with a hint of black pepper. Beautiful complexity! An intensely rich wine, perfect with any great meal of substance. This wine is bold and rich, whilst retaining a beautiful balance on the palate. Think baked lamb, duck confit or a coq au vin rouge. First Drop Fat of the Land Barossa Shiraz – Seppeltsfield (Single Vineyard) 2016
The Barossa is an amazing place with a diverse history from which a great community has grown living o- the Fat of the Land. Famed for its Shiraz vineyards, some dating back to the 19th century, the wines from this small, but proud region are as unique and divergent as its history and community. One can make such varied expressions of Shiraz, due to the different meso-climates of each subregion, the elevation range, and the myriad of soil types that are to be found throughout the Barossa. The Fat of the Land series seeks to showcase the sub regions of the Barossa, and the contrasting styles of Shiraz that can be made here. Shiraz from a single vineyard in Seppeltsfield.
Colour : Dark kirsch
Nose : Lifted dark cherry aromas with notes of licorice and dark chocolate
Palate : Flavour packed with kirsch, prunes, dark chocolate and liquorice. Rich and muscular, like Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"Another very ripe shiraz that remains attractive and delicious. So much blackberries that itās almost hard to fathom. Dark cherry liqueur and dark plum cake and infusion, too. Sweetly scented milk chocolate throughout. Although restrained wouldnāt be the right word, this is actually quite elegant considering the fruit and how it manages to trade in floral territory between layers of ripe, lithe tannins. A chewy finish. Drink in 2022." - 94 points, James Suckling

fresh notes of citrus, menthol and fern, rounded by gourmet notes of vanilla.
