Fresh and fruity when young, gaining more complexity after 5-10 years. Potential of 15-20 years. Drink as an aperitif with marinated sardines. Perfect with fish, veal or poultry in sauce, as well as more spicy dishes. Excellent match with cured cheeses. Decant a few hours and serve at 14°C. If served too cold, the wine will not develop its full aroma.

Chateau Malartic Lagraviere Blanc 2018
The Pessac-Léognan white 2018 is intense on the nose with pleasant aromas of stone fruit, citrus and green apple. It is a balanced white Bordeaux wine, tense, and with a freshness enhanced by a wonderful minerality. This very delicious wine develops a great aromatic bouquet on the finish, which also boasts fantastic length.

“The 2018 Malartic Lagraviere 2018 Blanc is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sémillon. It was fermented in oak barrels, 55% new. It opens with alluring scents of fresh pears, Golden Delicious apples and juicy peaches, followed by hints of nutmeg, dill seed and honeysuckle. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers bags of apple and stone fruit flavors with a racy line and oily suggestion to the texture, finishing on a lingering spicy note. Divin De Corbin 2018
Château Corbin, situated in the Saint Emilion AOC on the border of the Pomerol appellation, is one of the patriarchs of Saint Emilion. Its foundations date back to the 15th century, and according to legend Corbin, was the stronghold that belonged to the “Black Prince” Edouard de Plantagenet who fought the French in the early stages of the Hundred Year War. Since 1999, the estate has been managed by Anabelle Cruse Bardinet, a Bordeaux University oenology graduate, who represents the 4th generation of the family to lead the Chateau.

Chateau Gouprie Pomerol 2019
Chateau Gourprie owned by the Moze Berthon family since 1820, is a charming little estate situated at Maillet, neighbouring Château Gazin, l'Evangile and Le Bon Pasteur.
This vineyard is composed of 4.5 hectares laying on a superb clay-limestone and ferruginous subsoil typical of the Pomerol area. Since 2014 Hubert de Boüard (Chateau Angelus) is the wine consultant as well as Chateau Maillet the other Pomerol jewel of the Moze-Berthon family.
Carmin color with beautiful depth. Complex nose, expressing ripe red fruit (crushed strawberry), vanilla and torrefaction. In the mouth the texture is silky and tannins express finesse and balance. The mouth evolution is long and harmonious with notes licorice and tobacco.

Chateau Tour de Marbuzet Saint-Estèphe 2018
Château Tour de Marbuzet is a family-owned estate since 1981 - Château Tour de Marbuzet belongs to Henri Duboscq and his sons, the owners of famous Château Haut-Marbuzet. A tiny vineyard of 8.5 hectares, partly located on the famous « Plateau de Marbuzet », leading to a very small production.
The 2018 Tour de Marbuzet has a deep garnet-purple color, slipping effortlessly from the glass with bold notions of blackcurrant cordial, blueberry preserves and stewed plums plus suggestions of menthol, pencil shavings and black truffles. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers a sturdy frame of grainy tannins and just enough freshness to support the muscular black fruits, finishing on an earthy note.

Chateau de Pommard Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2020
Organic certified (AB). Hand-harvested grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 40% whole-cluster, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees.
With a deep ruby color, our Burgundy Pinot Noir 2020 expresses captivating aromas of black fruits, and floral notes such as peony and violet. The palate is dense and structured, with soft tannins. The finish is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasantly refreshing minty note.
Maturation: 16 months in 20% new French oak barrels
