Rhone Valley
Guillaume Gonnet La Muse Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2015
A rich, opulent, generous wine with big aromatic complexity: black cherries, blackberries, fig, cocoa powder, coffee, licorice, chinese five spice, olive jam. Round and sexy.
Braised venison with rosemary served with a patato puree, fillet mignon with a balsamic glaze served with sauted potatoes, pepper fillet steak served with shoe string French fries. The rich fruit and coco powder aromas means this wine marries well with dark chocolate or dark chocolate desserts.
Vines are 90 ā 115 years old.
Century old Grenache
"Lovely raspberry and plum fruit takes a gentle mulled profile, picking up light anise and incense accents along the way. Silky but substantial tannins underscore the finish, while a pretty mineral edge chimes through. Grenache, MourvĆØdre and Cinsault. Best from 2019 through 2035. 150 cases made, 50 cases imported." - 94 points, James Molesworth,Ā Senior Editor and Special Projects Director at Wine Spectator

Guillaume Gonnet Hommage a Maryline Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2015
A bouquet of ripe fruits, morello cherries, blackcurrants, blackberries, liquorice, bay leaves, thyme and rosemary, oriental spices, and hints of dark chocolate. This wine will evolve beautifully in the glass or would benefit from decanting. A fine wine with a great aging potential.
Slow roasted, French trimmed rack of lamb served with herb and cream patato bake, duck breast stuffed with sugared almonds, drizzled with a cranberry glaze accompanied by steamed baby potatoes. Hard, aged cheeses such as ComtƩ or Beaufort
Vines are 100 years old.
Grenache 70%, Syrah 20%, MouvĆØdre 8%, Counoise 2%
"This has an intense core of raspberry and boysenberry pĆ¢te de fruit, laced with singed sandalwood, rooibos tea and dried rose petal notes. The long finish has an alluring dusty feel, picking up a light shiso leaf echo at the very end. Grenache, Syrah, MourvĆØdre and Counoise. Best from 2019 through 2035. 500 cases made, 200 cases imported." - 94 points, James Molesworth,Ā Senior Editor and Special Projects Director at Wine Spectator
Guillaume Gonnet Le Reveur Cotes Du Rhone Rouge 2022
CrĆØme de cassis, cherries, a lovely note of licorice on the palate, mixed with pepper and Asian spices. āLe Reveur Rougeā is a wine that marries with a great range of food. Imagine yourself enjoying this wine with a lovely mixed plate of charcuterie and cheese, a gourmet pizza or something a little different like Peking duck pancakes.
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah
Guillaume Gonnet Bel Ami Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2019
Soft round tannins, a very elegant wine. Red and black fruit bouquet, (cherries, blackberries), hints of garrigues, Christmas cake and peppery spice. A fine wine. This wine will open beautifully if decanted at least 1 hour before serving. Good for pairing with Coq au Vin, Magret de Canard (Duck), charcuterie such as Parma ham, spicy sausage, and a selection of cheeses, such as comtƩ and beaufort.
Vines are 50-90 years old.

J. DenuziĆØre Condrieu 2020
Viognier is the only varietal grown in Condrieu, and makes smooth, generous wines. These are a pale, golden colour with a glimmer of green, and are both fresh and highly aromatic. Scents include floral perfumes, particularly violets, and fruity notes of mango, white peach and apricot. At their peak, there is also a discernible touch of musk, gingerbread and tobacco.
100 % Viognier

"Beautiful ripe cherry, cassis, ground pepper, and leather notes all emerge from the 2021 ChĆ¢teauneuf Du Pape Bel Ami, a classic blend of 60% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre, 15% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah that's brought up in a mix of foudre, demi-muid, and concrete tank. With medium-bodied richness, good mid-palate depth, and rock-solid structure, this terrific, balanced 2021 will benefit from just a few years of bottle age and keep for 15 years. It's impressive, especially in the vintage." - 93 points Jeb Dunnuck
