Beronia Verdejo Rueda 2022
Beronia Rueda Verdejo Blanco 2022 is the only wine made by Beronia Rueda, the González Byass group’s winery based in that Denominación located in the region of Castile. A unique single-varietal that’s the result of double harvesting and full fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Elegant, fresh and mouth coating.
The white Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2022 was designed from grapes that were harvested in two stages: in the first, the earliest grapes that give the wine its freshness and a slight herby touch were picked; the second was focused on selecting the ripest and most concentrated berries to lend it volume.
These are the ingredients that go into making Bodegas Beronia Rueda, the only wine produced by the González Byass group’s firm based in Rueda, a Denominación de Origen located in the region of Castile. As in the three previous vintages, the grapes from the two harvests were processed separately and fermented in stainless and concrete vats. The final blend is a versatile, single-varietal Rueda wine that’s a perfect match both for exotic food such as Asian (sushi, for example) and for classic dishes like white fish, smoked fish and creamy cheeses. Beronia 198 Barricas 2013
An stunning wine, made only in exceptional vintages from the very best Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes.
Aroma: Deliciously complex, a base of baked plum with touches of cocoa, clove spice and pepper weaved with subtle balsamic notes bringing an element of freshness.
Palate: Time in barrel has softened the tannins, resulting in a smooth and velvety texture. Stewed, ripe fruits with chocolate hints are balanced with fresh acidity, resulting in a long, luxurious finish.
Varietals: 92% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha, 3% Mazuelo
Serve at 16 and 18ºC

Beronia Crianza 2020
Appearance: Deep garnet, clear and very bright.
Aroma: Complex on the nose with prominent aromas of red fruits, forest floor and menthol with cocoa and chocolate in the background.
Palate: Balanced and rich with a hint of sweetness, with prominent notes of sweet spices such as cinnamon over a base of dried fruit, the wine has a long, persistent finish.

Noe Pedro Ximenez 30 Years
An extraordinarily intense, profoundly sweet, sticky Pedro Ximenez sherry from Gonzalez Byass. One of the world's great wines - so densely viscous you practically have to shake it out of the bottle.
Made from Pedro Ximenez grapes, enriched by the age-old "soleo" sun drying method, then matured on oak for 30 years. Noe has a powerful bouquet, oozing heady aromas of concentrated raisins, figs, coffee and Christmas spices.
Hand-crafted from the finest sun-ripened grapes, expertly blended and then matured in oak casks for a minimum of 30 years, the Rare Old Solera sherries are a true expression of some of the world’s finest and rarest wines.
Delightful with dark chocolate, desserts especially Christmas Pudding, or poured over vanilla ice cream.
Apóstoles Palo Cortado 30 Years
A rare and interesting wine, palo cortado starts out life as a fino, aging under a layer of protective flor, before going on to age without the flor like an oloroso. Apostoles continues this secondary ageing up to a total of 30 years, including some time in ex-Pedro Ximénez casks, to produce a rich and concentrated sherry.
Apóstoles is dark amber in colour. It is an interesting wine with a elegante and delicate nose similar to an Amontillado with notes of concentrated fruits. However complex and intense on the palate with notes of caramel, mature wood., nuts and candied orange peel.
This wine should be served slightly chilled in a small wine glass. Ideal with foie gras, mature cheeses and red meats.

Colour: Bright, pale yellow colour with hints of green
Aroma: Intensely aromatic, the wine displays notes of citrus and white fruit, together with herbaceous aromas such as fennel.
Palate: Crisp and fresh, a chilled glass of our Verdejo is always a great choice. Elegantly textured with ripe, white peach and melon with threads of fresh, fennel herbs.

Bodega Contador Benjamin Romeo Coleccion No. 4 Garnacha de la Dehesa 2015
It is a single-varietal Garnacha aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. It has an intense garnet red color, in the nose it is complex with typical notes of the Garnacha variety, and in the mouth, it is balanced, fresh and fine. It goes well with many meat dishes, from roasted or grilled lamb, white meats with strong sauces, to aromatic and hearty meat stews and pork, lamb, duck, or pheasant stews.

It is made from the Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano grape varieties, aged for 30 months in French oak barrels and then remained in the bottle for 36 months before being marketed. On sight it has a ruby red color, on the nose it is elegant with notes of ripe fruit and toasted touches, and in the mouth, it is tasty, long, and persistent. Ideal to accompany roasted red and white meats, Iberian sausages, and risottos.
