Gin Mare
The authentic Mediterranean gin, Gin Mare, was created with unique and savoury botanicals including Arbequina olive from Spain, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, and Italian sweet basil. The four principal Mediterranean botanicals unite with more traditional botanicals including coriander, cardamom, citrus, and juniper berries to create a character that lends itself well to pairing with food.
Gin Mare is a distilled gin from the Mediterranean. It consists of nine botanicals which are macerated (40 days for the citrus botanicals and 12 hours for the remaining botanicals), before being distilled separately and then expertly blended, earning the notation āCollecion de Autorā on each bottle.
The bottle cap can also be used as a 50ml measuring cap.

Contador 2015
The red flagship 2015 Contador was selected from vines over 60 years of age, and it fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in new French oak barrels for 20 months. It feels like a great vintage for the top bottling, as it has enough ripeness and concentration but is also terribly elegant, floral and nuanced. 2015 was a warm and dry year with the risk of excessive wines, but this Contador is beautifully balanced and has a rare combination of concentration and lightness. There is a nice core of freshness that lifts the wine up and gives it length. 6,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2017.
100% Tempranillo
Gonzalez Byass Noe Pedro Ximenez 30 Years
An extraordinarily intense, profoundly sweet, sticky Pedro Ximenez sherry from Gonzalez Byass. One of the world's great wines - so densely viscous you practically have to shake it out of the bottle.
Made from Pedro Ximenez grapes, enriched by the age-old "soleo" sun drying method, then matured on oak for 30 years. Noe has a powerful bouquet, oozing heady aromas of concentrated raisins, figs, coffee and Christmas spices.
Hand-crafted from the finest sun-ripened grapes, expertly blended and then matured in oak casks for a minimum of 30 years, the Rare Old Solera sherries are a true expression of some of the worldās finest and rarest wines.
Delightful with dark chocolate, desserts especially Christmas Pudding, or poured over vanilla ice cream.
Gonzalez Byass Vina AB Amontillado
ViƱa AB is a young Amontillado which has experienced both ageing under flor and oxidative ageing. Due to contact with oxygen, it has taken on a light amber colour. On the nose subtle and delicate with typical Palomino aromas of hazelnuts, and slight reminders of yeast due to its time under the flor. On the palate ViƱa AB shows subtle notes of oak due to the 12 years spent in cask. Pleasant with a balanced acidity. Long aftertaste with slight saltiness and bitterness on the finish.
Serve well chilled, 8-12 ºC, in a small white glass to appreciate the full bouquet of aromas. Viña AB is a complex wine which provides unique versatility, matching even the most complicated dishes. Perfect with charcuterie, duck, consomé, hard cheese and nuts.
"Fresh, offering bright peach, hazelnut husk, bitter orange and salt notes. Stays light and racy in feel, with a bone-dry finish. Drink now. 851 cases made, 250 cases imported." - 91 points, James Molesworth, Senior Editor and Special Projects Director at Wine Spectator
Gonzalez Byass Cristina Medium Dry
Cristina is a medium dry Sherry with a small addition of PX. It shows a bright amber color and, on the nose, clean aromas with subtle notes of raisins and figs from the PX. On the palate slightly sweet with hints of oak and a long finish. Serve slightly chilled. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or patƩ or enjoyed on its own.
"This has slightly medicinal character, but there are lots of caramelized nuts and dried fruit, too. The palate is rich with a hint of sweetness, nicely balanced by a bitter touch. Long, clean, candied-citrus finish." - 92 points, James Suckling

Contador 2018
Contador 2018 has a red cherry color with very high intensity and brightness.
In the nose, there are red and black fruits very mature, and appear the aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary, lavender and fennel). It also shows a marked mineral character with fine wood notes. The palate is very fine and powerful, also very bulky. It shows a great balance between fruit and oak. Final aftertaste is long and intense. Itās very ripe and tasty. It has high deepness and a great balance. Endless.
100% Tempranillo
"I like the austerity and seriousness of the 2018 Contador, which has very similar parameters as the 2019 but comes through as fresher and more balanced, with very fine tannins and pungent flavors and a long, dry and chalky finish. It's approachable now but should improve with time in bottle. Fermentation and Ć©levage were the same as in 2019āoak vat and 20 months in new barriques, which are being absorbed without problems. It's rich and powerful but with elegance and lots of balance. It should be a classical and long-lived vintage of Contador. 4,500 bottles produced." - Luis Gutierrez, Robert Parker
