Chateau de Pommard Clos Marey-Monge Chantrerie 2022
TASTING
Behind its intense ruby color, our Chantrerie 2022 reveals a complex aromatic bouquet marked by notes of blackcurrant and nutmeg. On the palate, this elegant cuvée presents a crisp and invigorating onset, with structured but generous tannins. It will evolve gracefully over the coming decades.

SOILS
The vines producing our Chantrerie cuvée are some of the oldest of our Clos Marey-Monge. They grow on soils with one of the largest internal surface areas of clay in the Côte d’Or, allowing us to produce a dark, rich and deep Pinot Noir with silky tannins and a mineral finish.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 40% whole-cluster, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Vertical press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.

TASTING
With a perfect ruby color, our Burgundy Pinot Noir 2022 expresses captivating fresh aromas of red fruits and woody notes. The palate is neat and elegant, revealing a long finish enhanced by a well-balanced tannic structure.

SOILS
Located on the plain that faces the Clos Marey-Monge, the soils of Pommard are a great match for the region's native red grape. The clay-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune are the cradle of our Bourgogne Pinot Noir, a balanced and silky wine that expresses the essence of Burgundy’s iconic grape variety.
WINEMAKING
Biodynamic certified (Demeter). Organic certified (AB). Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 40% whole-cluster. Placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration.

Chateau de Pommard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022
TASTING
Pale yellow in color, this Burgundy Chardonnay’s bouquet offers perfumed white fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is fresh and balanced. The finish is round and persistent, with delicate notes of citrus.

SOILS
The limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy embodies the essence of the region’s native white grape. We see it as a welcoming entry to all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus the region's vineyards have to offer.

Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.

TASTING
Known for giving body and structure to our Clos Marey-Monge Monopole, our Grands Esprits cuvée makes a Pommard of great quality and structure. With its intense ruby color and expressive nose marked by aromas of red fruit and spices, it stands out as a perfectly balanced wine. The palate is clean, with structured and dense tannins. A long finish brings a touch of elegance to this complex cuvée.

SOILS
Planted between 1970 and 1980, the vines giving birth to our Grands Esprits cuvée grow on rocky, limestone-rich soils. They produce a beautifully linear Pinot Noir with firm tannins and excellent potential for long aging.

Tasting Notes: Known to bring body and structure to our Clos Marey-Monge Monopole blend, our Grands Esprits is a high-quality Pinot Noir enjoyable on its own. With an intense ruby color and exuberant nose of red fruits, sandalwood and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves, it is a full-bodied and tannic red wine. Its long finale displays notes of minerality, bringing an elegant touch to this robust cuvée.

Chateau de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge “Simone” 2020
Tasting Notes:Powerful and complex, our Simone is a deep ruby color with hints of violet. The nose is bursting with energy, distilling a captivating aromatic bouquet of black fruits and roasted notes. The palate is fleshy, fresh and vibrant. The tight tannic structure is velvety, with a long mineral finish. This special cuvée will express the same energy for the next 35 years.

Chateau de Pommard Clos Marey-Monge Micault 2020
A pure expression of a minimally oaked Pinot Noir, our Micault 2020 displays a deep ruby color. This refreshing and elegant wine features aromas of red fruits, such as redcurrant and cherry, with a hint of spice. On the palate, the tannins are ethereal and lacy. Micault 2020 explodes in the mouth with its jubilant, juicy Morello cherry profile. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years.
Maturation: 18 months in 15% new French oak barrels

Chateau de Pommard Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2019
The juice dedicated to our Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is placed into French oak barrels where it undergoes both fermentation and aging. The wine isn’t filtered, nor racked during these processes, which allows it to keep its lees. These natural deposits bring complexity and depth while enhancing the freshness of the wine.
Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru is a vibrant and refined white wine. Its clear lemon color hides a very intense nose of white flowers, lemon, pear and white peaches, lined with notes of fresh mushrooms and chalky minerality. On the palate, the same flavors are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

Chateau de Pommard Volnay Premiere Cru 2017
The pebble-rich and limestone soils of Volnay, rising between 230 and 280 meters above sea level, makes for a delicate, aromatic, and elegant Pinot Noir revealing the feminine profile of the appellation. Cultivated since the Middle Ages, the vineyard located on the steep slopes of the hill of Chaignot has always been a perfect fit for Burgundy’s native red grape variety.
With a delicate nose of peonies, strawberries, raspberries and cherries, our Volnay 2017 shows a feminine profile. The palate reveals notes of pomegranate and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as silky and smooth tannins. With pronounced intensity and long finish, it is a Pinot Noir made for aging, that will evolve beautifully.

Chateau de Pommard Santenay Premier Cru “La Maladière” 2018
Behind its pale lemon colour, the Santenay Premier Cru “La Maladière” hides intense aromas of lemon, yellow peach, and tropical fruit. Its refreshing palate reveals a certain sweetness, highlighted by vanilla and smoke. The lightly saline finish evolves pleasantly before ending with a touch of mint.
