Distilled at Highland Park distillery in 1998 before maturation in a first fill Spanish sherry butt (number 8017). This single cask from Orkney was bottled in 2007 and was only ever released in Japan.

Nose: Richly sherried with Corinth raisins, heather smoke and bitter caramel.

Palate: Caramel and juicy marmalade. Cocoa

Finish: More chocolate, sesame toast and a touch of clove.
