Enjoy fresh and fruity in the first 5 years. Ageing potential of 8 to 10 years. Try the Classique White as an apéritif with salmon cream toasts or simply dry nuts! Excellent with grilled fish and also white meat. Perfect with goat and sheep fresh cheese. Aerate and drink at around 14°C. If served too cold, this wine will not develop its full aroma.

Expressive nose of ripe red fruits (plums, ripe cassis …), spices and with an elegant touch of new oak. On the palate, the wine is immediately harmonious and seductive with velvety ripe-fruit flavours wonderfully cradled by the new–oak. Medium bodied with ripe tannins and a savoury finish.
Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Grand H 2019
A beautiful limpid color, color chart of ruby with purple reflections. We begin with a nose with rich aromatic expressions, on the one hand a wild side, undergrowth, black truffle and on the other hand a pronounced bouquet of ripe black fruits, Burlat cherries, blackcurrant, blackberry and wild blueberry, which are both intense and promising for a captivating great wine. On the palate, it is a very nice, generous and powerful Pinot Noir. There are also noble spices, touches of roasted coffee and bitter chocolate from Tanzania. A great finesse of tannins lines the palate, revealing a thickness and a width, characteristic of the Grand Cru Hengst. A fusion between the balance of the fruit and the haute couture aging presents us, a wine of pleasure under the sign of the gluttony with a promising future.
Grapes come from Wintzenheim, on the Grand Cru Hengst. Marno-calcaro-sandstone, southern exposure. Vines are about 40 years old.

The 2019 growing season was very dry, which resulted in incredibly low yields. We had a relatively warm lead up to the ripening period, which produced a very condensed and fast harvest. With Roussanne being a late ripening variety, it faired very well in a season like this, giving rise to concentration, freshness of flavor and marked natural acidity.
Hand-picked from Block 6 (1.0 ha) on March 16th, our oldest Roussanne planting which is now 15 years old. 50% is destemmed, crushed, and filled to 675L ceramic eggs, where it is fermented and remains on the skins for 193 days. The other 50% is pressed into ceramic eggs and fermented off of the skins. The final blend was 40% extended skin batch and 60% without skin contact. The juice dedicated to our Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is placed into French oak barrels where it undergoes both fermentation and aging. The wine isn’t filtered, nor racked during these processes, which allows it to keep its lees. These natural deposits bring complexity and depth while enhancing the freshness of the wine.
Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is a vibrant and refined white wine. Its clear lemon color hides a very intense nose of white flowers, lemon, pear and white peaches, lined with notes of fresh mushrooms and chalky minerality. On the palate, the same flavors are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

A pure expression of a minimally oaked Pinot Noir, our Micault 2020 displays a deep ruby color. Micault 2020 explodes in the mouth with its jubilant, juicy Morello cherry profile. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years.

Chateau de Pommard Volnay Premiere Cru 2017
The pebble-rich and limestone soils of Volnay, rising between 230 and 280 meters above sea level, makes for a delicate, aromatic, and elegant Pinot Noir revealing the feminine profile of the appellation. Cultivated since the Middle Ages, the vineyard located on the steep slopes of the hill of Chaignot has always been a perfect fit for Burgundy’s native red grape variety.
With a delicate nose of peonies, strawberries, raspberries and cherries, our Volnay 2017 shows a feminine profile. The palate reveals notes of pomegranate and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as silky and smooth tannins. With pronounced intensity and long finish, it is a Pinot Noir made for aging, that will evolve beautifully.

An excellent example of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, ideal for lovers of the variety. Its rich aroma features notes of blackberry and cherry, along with vanilla and cedar. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it is a balanced wine, with a silky texture and tannins that are present, but polished and round.
