Akarua Pinot Noir 2022
WINEMAKING
Carefully hand harvested grapes were batch fermented.Ā Mostly destemmed with two batches with a small portion of whole cluster component. Fermented on skins for around three weeks. The resulting wine was gently pressed to French oak barrels for maturation.
AGEING
In French barrels, including 20% new barrels, medium-plus toast, from the Alliers and the Vosges forests.

Yangarra Roux Beaute Roussanne 2021
Our unique vineyard with its weathered sand and ironstone soil, starts this Roussanneās journey towards being an extraordinary wine. Months mellowing on grape skins in large ceramic eggs ensure a wine of luxurious texture and distinctive flavour.
VINTAGE SUMMARY
A favourable growing season, with good winter rains, a mild flowering and fruit set period, with continued spring rainfall to ensure a healthy canopy. Yields showed good balance between vine vigor and moderate berry size. The ripening period that began late January was very cool, with some welcome rainfall in mid-February. The delayed harvest, with cold nights and mild sunny days, produced excellent fruit ripeness and intensity. The freshness and bright natural acidity of the fruit were a real feature.
WINEMAKING Hand-picked on the 28thĀ of March from Block 6 (1.0 Ha), our oldest Roussanne planting which is now 17 years old.Ā A small parcel of Roussanne was included in the blend that was picked earlier on the 11thĀ March.Ā A portion is destemmed, crushed, and filled to 675L ceramic eggs. Fermented on skins and remained on skins for 121 days before pressing. Only the free draining fraction retained. The other portion is whole bunch basket pressed into ceramic eggs and fermented without skins. The final blend was 59% extended skin batch and 41% without skins. TASTING
Complex and multi-layered, Chassagne-Montrachet 2020 is pale yellow in color with glints of gold. The toasty nose is marked by aromas of white flowers and nuts. The palate is fresh and perfectly balanced. The finish is persistent and generous, with citrus notes. There is no doubt this wine is capable of seducing again and again over the next 10 years.

SOILS
Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, the soils composed of marl, clay, limestone, and pebbles in the southern end of the CĆ“te de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied Chardonnay showing the highest expression of the terroir.
WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees. Fining and light filtration before bottling.

Chateau de Pommard Vougeot Premier Cru “Les Petits Vougeot” 2022
TASTING
Our Vougeot Premier Cru "Les Petits Vougeots" 2022 is an elegant and complex wine. Behind its beautiful ruby color, it shows a fruity nose of blackberry and black cherry, with lightly toasty and peppery notes. The palate is harmonious and elegant, with perfectly integrated tannins.

SOILS
Surrounded by two prestigious Grands Crus, "Les Petits Vougeots" is a tiny and highly sought-after vineyard in the CĆ“te de Nuits and an excellent representation of the outstanding quality of the Vougeot appellation. Its marl and limestone-rich soils lend delicacy and depth to the wine.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested grapes. Weeks-long maceration, with pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.

Chateau de Pommard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2022
TASTING
Pale yellow in color, this Burgundy Chardonnayās bouquet offers perfumed white fruit aromas with floral notes. The palate is fresh and balanced. The finish is round and persistent, with delicate notes of citrus.

SOILS
The limestone-rich soils of the CĆ“te de Beaune are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy embodies the essence of the regionās native white grape. We see it as a welcoming entry to all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus the region's vineyards have to offer.

Akarua Pinot Noir 2023
Medium purple with crimson hues.
Expressive and fragrant showing pretty florals, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, thyme, spice and charry oak. The palate is sweet on entry with dark cherry, black Doris plum, blackberry, red currant, mushroom and dark chocolate. Medium bodied, concentrated, finely balanced and very complex. Velvety silky fine tannin that leads into a very long mineral and plum finish.
Le Volte dellā Ornellaia 2022
Le Volte dellā Ornellaia combines a Mediterranean expression of generosity with structure and complexity, reflecting the philosophy of Ornellaia. Le Volte dellā Ornellaia is a fine wine for spontaneous wine lovers and needs no ceremony.
Grape Varietal: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot
Tasting Notes:Ā Displaying a deep purple red, Le Volte dellāOrnellaia 2022 shows ripe fruity aromas such as cherries and blackberries, in addition to black pepperiness. The palate is generous with considerable body at first, followed by smooth and enduring tannins. Upbeat freshness and pleasurable fruity aromas make up the finish.
Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco DOC 2022
Captivating and bright, from volcanic soils. Etna Bianco DOP is a concentrated serum of Sicilian gastronomic explosion: it ranges from floral notes of mandarin blossom to candied ginger, whilst the palate is tickled by alternated salt and lemon. Wine Spectator speaks of "baked pineapple" in calling it "a richer approach to young Carricante, but well-balanced and vibrant throughout.ā

Perfumes: Intense aroma, gorse, yellow-peeled citrus on a grassy background.
Taste: Full, intense and linear. Great freshness and a final that represents the terroir.

Giovanni Rosso Roero Arnesis DOCG 2023

Our Vivant Micault 2022 displays a lovely ruby color. This fresh and elegant wine features aromas of cherry with hints of floral notes. On the palate, this wine explodes with its juicy retention of fresh fruit. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next few years.

SOILS
The vines producing our cuvƩe Vivant Micault were originally planted as an English garden. They grow on fine alluvial formations from the Avant-Dheune river and create a fruity Pinot Noir that is particularly enjoyable when young.
WINEMAKING
Hand-harvested biodynamic grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 25% whole-cluster, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Vertical press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
