NOMAD , the first outland whisky on the market. A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. The resulting blend is left to mature in Scotland in sherry casks for 3 years, altogether, before being transferred to Jerez where it will be finished for a mínimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the San Fernando cellar of González Byass. This double ageing, firstly in Scotland then in Jerez is unique, and makes Nomad Outland Whisky a true rarity. Bright amber in colour, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavours of raisins and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky. ABV: 41.3%

Distillation takes place in a traditional pot still with 12 carefully selected botanicals. The exceptional character of the London N°1 is a result of the perfect blend of 12 key botanicals from various parts of the world. Each botanical is specifically and meticulously selected to create a complex and sophisticated gin. Orange peel from Italy, Bergamot from Italy, Savory from the French Alps, Lemon Peel from Italy, Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, Angelica Root from the French Alps, Coriander from China, Juniper from Croatia, Almond from Greece, Liquorice from Turkey and Lily Root from Italy. The London N°1 presents itself in a luminous, pale yet bright bluish Aquamarine colour; the nose reveals delightful scents of juniper berries and balsamic aromas. The alcohol is well integrated, elegant and clean. A delicate palate with some viscosity, and a fine dry mouth feel. Mild but very aromatic, with quality balsamic notes. Very balanced overall with a long sensual finish.

Ferdinand’s Saar Quince

Master Distiller Andreas Vallendar combines carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken estate and over 30 finely balanced botanicals from the vineyards and our own cultivation. Our Saar Quince is infused with 2011er Rausch Kabinett, which in 2013 was awarded 92 points by Gault Millau and was distinguished as the best cabinet wine of the year. The Royal Prussian District Forester Ferdinand Geltz not only gave his name to this Riesling-infused Saar Dry Gin but he was also the historical co-founder of the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growers’ group. This golden Quince from the Saar symbolises the perfect balance between sweet, sour and bitter.

An award winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinand’s owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germany’s finest vineyards. Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience. Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The addtional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs, adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using deminerlised water, then finally bottled.
  • Ingredients : 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused.

Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats.  Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Bordeaux AOC, France Aromatic to the nose with notes of buttery-vanillin oak flavours and exotic fruit (orange rind and honeyed grapefruit).  On the palate, the wine is round, fleshy with wonderful minerality and again, delightful exotic fruit flavours.  The new-oak flavours are present. Very nice balance between the oak, fruit and acidity.  Excellent finish. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Following a skin-contact maceration, 75% of the juice is fermented in vats and 25% in oak-barrels. During this ageing period, “batonnage” is carried out.  After blending and filtration, bottling is carried out in late spring following the harvest.
