We see it as an entry door on all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus Burgundy’s vineyards have to offer.
Behind its medium lemon color, our Bourgogne Chardonnay 2017 reveals an intense nose of peach and apricot. Dry, fresh and well-balanced, this white wine from Burgundy’s regional appellation reveals delicate notes of white flowers on the palate. Located in the plain that faces the Clos Marey-Monge, our plot “Les Lormes” complex Pommard soils are a great match to the region’s native red grape. Across the Côte de Beaune, clay-rich soils are the perfect terroir for this cépage. Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a balanced and silky wine that expresses the essence of Burgundy’s iconic grape variety.
Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 is a young red wine with a pale ruby color. It shows medium intensity aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, peonies and sweet spices like cinnamon, present both on the nose and palate. Fruity and well-balanced, with medium acidity and low tannins, it is a pure expression of Pinot Noir.

Château de Pommard Maranges Premier Cru “Le Clos Des Loyères” 2016
Located in the very south of the Côte de Beaune, right next to Santenay, Maranges “Le Clos des Loyères” marly-clay and limestone rich soils produce a Pinot Noir bursting with freshness, energy, and length.
Created in 1988, the Maranges appellation includes three villages – Cheilly-lès-Maranges, Dezize-lès- Maranges, and Sampigny-lès-Maranges – and holds seven Premiers Crus.
Behind its light ruby colour, the wine reveals aromas of wild and black fruits, lined with notes of vanilla, cloves, pepper, and a hint of flowers and almonds. The same flavours appear on the palate, enhancing the character of this well-balanced and elegant red. The tannins are smooth and silky and well-integrated. Approachable now, this wine will age beautifully.

Château de Pommard Volnay 2017
The pebble-rich and limestone soils of Volnay, rising between 230 and 280 meters above sea level, makes for a delicate, aromatic, and elegant Pinot Noir revealing the feminine profile of the appellation. Cultivated since the Middle Ages, the vineyard located on the steep slopes of the hill of Chaignot has always been a perfect fit for Burgundy’s native red grape variety.
With a delicate nose of peonies, strawberries, raspberries and cherries, our Volnay 2017 shows a feminine profile. The palate reveals notes of pomegranate and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as silky and smooth tannins. Located above the village of Santenay, our Premier Cru “La Maladière” combines a marly-clay and limestone-rich soil that produces a mineral and lively Chardonnay. Lying at the southern extremity of the
Côte de Beaune, the appellation was created in 1937. Renowned for its intense red wines across the world, Santenay also produces a handful of chiselled white wines like our “La Maladière”.
Behind its pale lemon colour, this Santenay Premier Cru “La Maladière” hides medium intensity aromas of lemon, apple, and pear, as well as notes of honeysuckle. With refreshing acidity, the palate reveals flavours of white fruits, lime and subtle hints of vanilla. Chiseled and lively, it is a Chardonnay enjoyable now.

Château de Pommard Puligny – Montrachet 2017
The stony soils of Puligny-Montrachet, located between Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet, are widely known for full-bodied and intense Chardonnays that have been sought after for centuries. Rising between 230 and 320 meters above sea level, the southeast exposures are protected from the winds by the Montrachet slopes.
Behind its pale lemon color, our Puligny-Montrachet 2017 shows a nose full of aromas of acacia and green apples, lined with notes of honeysuckle and flint. The palate confirms these flavors and reveals a wellrounded wine with good acidity. The finish is long and clean with a mineral edge, adding to the complexity of the wine.

Château de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge “Micault” 2017
Alluvium rich soil deposited by the Avant-Dheune river covers Micault’s 1.29 hectares of silt. Planted in 1987, the vines here produce a fruity, crisp and fleshy Pinot Noir that is very drinkable young. Once an English garden surrounding Château Micault, it was transformed into the 126 row Micault plot in 1968.
With a pale ruby colour our Micault 2017 is the purest expression of low-oaked Pinot Noir. Aged in older oak barrels, giving prominence to crisp red fruit aromas, it displays notes of strawberries and raspberries alongside hints of flowers such as peonies. The palate reveals low and mellow tannins, as well as a lot of flesh. Enjoyable from now on, this Pinot Noir from our Clos Marey-Monge is accessible now and will age gracefully in the years to come.

Château de Pommard Chambolle Musigny 2017
Chambolle-Musigny is rooted in the shallow clay and limestone soils on the easterly slopes of the Côte de Nuits, rising between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Our Pinot Noir produced here is complex with soft tannins and a long finish. Once an adjunct to the Cîteaux Abbey, the vineyard gave its name to the village of Chambolle-Musigny, like 11 other climats throughout Côte d’Or.
With its aromas and flavours of musk, red fruits, and dry flowers underlined by notes of sandalwood and game, our Chambolle- Musigny 2017 has a beautiful touch. While still in development, this velvet red wine with a long finish presents a delicate and silky texture, enhanced by well-integrated tannins. It is approachable now, with great potential for aging.

Our Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is a vibrant, full-bodied white wine. The nose reveals intense aromas of peaches, pears, vanilla, and cream, lined with notes of hazelnuts, toast and wet stones. On the palate, the same flavours are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long and oaky, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

Château de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge “Simone” 2016
Nestled at the foot of the Château de Pommard, Simone is a 0.53 hectares plot of remarkable terroir. The delicacy and intensity of a red wine strongly depends on the quality of the internal surface of clay contained in the soil. The higher the density, the more a vineyard can produce grand cuvées. In 2009, Claude et Lydia Bourguignon, both agronomists and founders of the Microbiological Laboratory for Soils, conducted a thorough study on the Clos Marey-Monge and the Simone plot. What they found exceeded every expectation. With an internal surface of clay beyond 730 square meters per gram, Simone is close to the world record.
With only 1,800 bottles of this intense, rich and complex Pinot Noir—our rarest cuvée, produced in the most generous years, Simone is available by allocation only.
Powerful and delicate, our Simone 2017 shows a deep, dark and bright ruby colour with purple accents. The nose first reveals wild aromas of venison, underwood and elderberry, followed by notes of red roses, dry flowers and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, with a firm yet velvety tannic structure. With a long, vibrant and salty finale, this Pinot Noir shows an impressive depth that will still be there in 30 years from now.

A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. Master Distiller Andreas Vallendar combines carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the Zilliken estate and over 30 finely balanced botanicals from the vineyards and our own cultivation.
Our Saar Quince is infused with 2011er Rausch Kabinett, which in 2013 was awarded 92 points by Gault Millau and was distinguished as the best cabinet wine of the year. The Royal Prussian District Forester Ferdinand Geltz not only gave his name to this Riesling-infused Saar Dry Gin but he was also the historical co-founder of the VDP Mosel-Saar-Ruwer growers’ group.

Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin
An award winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinand’s owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germany’s finest vineyards.
Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience.
Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The addtional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs, adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using deminerlised water, then finally bottled.
